Here's what Jim Cramer had to say about some of the stocks that callers offered up during the "Mad Money Lightning Round" Tuesday evening:

Microsoft(MSFT Quote): "Microsoft happens to be cheaper than at any time I have seen it. Win, win, win, win. I give it this: 'BuyBuyBuy' to start the Lightning Round."

Merck(MRK Quote): "I need you to sell Merck, because Merck could lose another 5 points and go right back down to 25."

VeriSign(VRSN Quote): "I do think this stock could see 25 by year-end so I need you to stick with it."

PepsiCo(PEP Quote): "Take that, bear. Pepsi Cola reiterated its forecast. ... Do they know how to run a company? ... That stock is going higher."

Caterpillar(CAT Quote): "I think CAT pulls back to 55, and then it goes to 60. Hey Don Imus, I told you CAT was good."

Andrx(ADRX Quote): "You're playing with butane there my friend. I think it is not a first-rate best of breed business. ... I want no part of that industry [generic drugs]."

Apple(AAPL Quote): "They're selling the winners right now. Do not be dissuaded. Wait three days until they press their bet too low. Then you do a 'mon back* on Apple."

Ace Cash Express(AACE Quote): "These are companies that make the easy money on the people" who are a little difficult to integrate into the banking system. Cramer cautioned that this company could be affected by immigration reform, although he expressed skepticism that such reform would take place.

Quidel(QDEL Quote) off a dollar from its high smells like opportunity."

DaVita(DVA Quote): "It was like bears were crawling around and we stuffed them. So let's just do a little schnitzel [ring the register] right here."

UnitedHealth Group(UNH Quote): "It was so tempting to ring the register. But I said no ... in 2006 it has accelerated revenue growth along with Google(GOOG Quote)."
