Here's what Jim Cramer had to say about some of the stocks that callers offered up during the "Mad Money Lightning Round" Monday evening:

McDonald's(MCD Quote): "I really think you oughta be in Darden(DRI Quote). I'm strictly in the Don'tBuy camp."

Cisco Systems(CSCO Quote): "They went and bought a second-rate cable-box operator. SellSelSell. I release you from that Cisco house of pain."

Urban Outfitters(URBN Quote): "There are two major retailers that are high growth that I like. One is Urban and the other is Chico's(CHS Quote). If Urban comes back under 30, oh would that be fabulous."

Red Hat(RHAT Quote): "I want it to come back down. I would rather see you in Microsoft(MSFT Quote)."

Archer Daniels Midland(ADM Quote): "I'm hoping Deere(DE Quote) reports a light quarter, people sell Archer Daniels, then we can do a 'mon back* on Archer."

Sybase(SY Quote): "You may get a chance ... to unload Sybase higher. ... The competition is so difficult. ... But I think it is a flat-line here and you oughta ring the register."

IntercontinentalExchange(ICE Quote): "Everyone thinks it's gonna be the next CME or CBOT. I think not, au contraire. I think you take the gain and you move on."

Sprint Nextel(S Quote): "I don't like the phone companies in general. As long as Tim Donahue remains chairman ... [Sprint is] the only one I will give thumbs-up to."

U.S. Steel(X Quote): This stock is perenially cheap ... But it is not best of breed. Nucor "has the cost advantage."

Scientific Atlanta(SFA Quote): "You don't do anything other than sell. We are not arbitragers. You just got the home run of a lifetime and you want a grand slam. Ring the register!"

St. Joe(JOE Quote): "Would issue a 'triple buy' if it came back under 65."

Pioneer Drill(PDC Quote): "I get the sense if I push too hard on the drillers beyond Schlumberger(SLB Quote), Hallburton(HAL Quote) and Nabors(NBR Quote), I get the sense I would hurt you."
