What's your take on Qualcomm's(QCOM Quote) antitrust problems with the European Union?

James J. Cramer: I'm not happy with the situation, but I do believe that Qualcomm will be able to settle this issue with money, if it is found guilty of anticompetitive business practices in 3G wireless markets. In fact, if I wasn't restricted, I'd be buying more Qualcomm for my charitable trust, ActionAlertsPLUS.

Jim, why aren't you waiting for Fording Canadian Coal Trust(FDG Quote) to come back?

James J. Cramer: I dumped Fording from ActionAlertsPLUS because my thesis isn't playing out. Management has cut production estimates twice, while I had hoped that production would be increasing in the upcoming quarters. In light of this change, there are better places I can put my money.
