Also, the request to dismiss is just a request. A scheduled hearing is being conducted Wednesday afternoon in the Virginia court room regarding a request by Samsung for partial summary judgment in its favor. If that request is granted, expect much of Wednesday's momentum in Rambus' stock to reverse.
