A senior vice president and general manager at ConAgra Foods(CAG Quote) before joining Activision in 1999, Vrabeck focused largely on promoting the video-game company's brands. Prior to becoming president of the publishing division in November 2003, she served as executive vice president of global publishing and brand management.

Activision's filing followed the bell on Thursday. In after-hours trading, the stock was unchanged at $21.63. Earlier in the day, the company's shares closed regular trading off 57 cents, or 2.6%, to $21.63.
