Here's what Jim Cramer was saying about some stocks during Tuesday's "Mad Money Lightning Round":

"TiVo(TIVO Quote). I'm not gonna recommend that stock on this show. I think DirecTV(DTV Quote) is a real unbelievable threat to these guys."

Johnson & Johnson(JNJ Quote): "This stock is wearing cement galoshes. At 62, I am finally ready [to buy]."

"I think Duke(DUK Quote) is the best-run utility-energy company in the country and I would buy it at 28 bucks."

"Fossil(FOSL Quote); it's a big discretionary-item store. Let's stay away from Fossil."

"StemCells is (STEM Quote) way too speculative for me. Chronically overvalued."

"I think Coach(COH Quote) is about to break out. ... [and] think the stock flies. Two thumbs way up for Coach."

"Caterpillar(CAT Quote) goes higher. I like Cat here."
