Tri-Valley Adds Two Geologists
Tri-Valley (TIV) added two geologists and an engineer as part of a buildup of technical staff related to what it called expanded drilling and production opportunities.
The Bakersfield, Calif., energy exploration company said geologists Paul Hacker and Myron Tiede and engineer Ron Brown have converted to employees from consultants, making them eligible for stock options.
"With our corporate mission statement being 'to increase the value and liquidity of Tri-Valley shares,' we like to see all employees on the same page as our other shareholders so that their reward comes from focusing their efforts and results on adding value to the stock," said CEO F. Lynn Blystone.
All three will report to Tri-Valley Oil & Gas President Joseph R. Kandle.
