A Few to Keep an Eye On

American Physicians Capital(ACAP Quote) is trading up around $36.68 this afternoon, which is 10% above my average cost basis. With that in mind, I'm going to sell another 500 of my 1,500 shares after you read this. The insurer may still have a couple more points of upside, but the push for medical tort reform has taken a back seat in Washington.

P.S. So you readers know ahead of time, there are some tech stocks at the top of my watch list, for when room opens up for a new position in the portfolio.

Among the names I'm looking at are Motorola(MOT Quote), Symantec(SYMC Quote), Dean Foods(DF Quote) and Bristol-Myers(BMY Quote). Of course, I'll alert you readers before I take any action in the portfolio.
