Image Entertainment(DISK) said it expects revenue to exceed $28 million for the fourth quarter. Analysts were calling for revenue of $31 million, according to Thomson First Call. The company also raised its 2005 revenue forecast to $117 million to $119 million, up from its previous forecast of $116 million to $118 million. The stock was up 14 cents, or 3.44%, to $4.21.

Choice Point(CPS) said it earned $37 million, or 40 cents a share, for the first quarter ended March 31, versus $33.3 million, or 37 cents a share, a year ago. Revenue for the quarter was $259.3 million. Analysts expected 41 cents on revenue of $245 million, according to Thomson First Call. The stock was unchanged at $36.73.

ICU Medical(ICUI) said it has settled the patent infringement suit that it filed against B. Braun Medical. Terms of the settlement weren't disclosed. The stock was up 12 cents, or 0.34%, to $35.63 in after-hours trading.

Allstate Corp(ALL) said it earned $1.12 billion, or $1.64 a share, for the first quarter ended March 31, up from $949 million, or $1.34 a share, a year ago. Analysts expected profits of $1.49 share, according to Thomson First Call. Allstate also confirmed that it expects to $5.40 to $5.80 a share in operating income for 2005. The stock was up 55 cents, or 1.03%, to $54.10 in after-hours trading.

Covansys Corp(CVNS) said it has received a subpoena from the Securities and Exchange Commission requesting documents from Jan. 1, 2002, to the present. The company said the SEC hasn't provided it with a reason for the subpoena but it will cooperate fully. The stock was down 74 cents, or 5.90%, to $11.80 in after-hours trading.
