Shares of Sonic Innovations(SNCI Quote) fell 12.3% after the company warned that its third-quarter earnings and sales won't meet expectations. The maker of digital hearing aids expects to post a third-quarter loss of 2 cents to 4 cents a share on sales of $22 million to $23 million. Analysts had been expecting a profit of 3 cents a share on sales of $24.3 million. Shares traded down 56 cents to $4.
