Happy Hour: The Ripple Effect of Mideast Tensions on Oil Markets

 

After last week's analysis of the geopolitical situation in the Middle East, "Happy Hour" focuses this Thursday on how those events will affect the price of oil. Our guest will be Amy Jaffe, senior energy adviser at the James A. Baker III Institute for Public Policy at Rice University. Spring is in the air and baseball diamonds will shine for the next six months. But when the telecommunications venture never panned out, El Paso compounded this failure and bought back those executive stakes at a premium.
