4Kids Drops on Poor Earnings Figures
4Kids Entertainment (KDE Quote) posted fourth-quarter earnings of 16 cents a share, down from 65 cents in the year-ago period. Revenue dropped to $10.3 million from $19.2 million. The lower results reflect the slowdown in the Pokemon craze. 4Kids holds the licensing rights to many Pokemon-related products. The stock was down 12.3% to $17.49.
