Bank Hapoalim expands early-retirement plan

Bank Hapoalim's management has decided to expand the early-retirement plan and offer it to all central management employees, Ma'ariv reports.

The plan had originally included only 50 employees, and the bank allocated funds accordingly.

In a recent circular, management stated any headquarters employee can apply for the plan, but the final decision will be made by management. The bank explained that the plan will run for a month, and will be applied only if the wishes of the two sides concur.

The plan is being operated with the cooperation of the bank's labor union.
