The Feb. 13 market story, Gazing Beyond H-P's Earnings Report, incorrectly reported the date Hewlett-Packard (HWP:NYSE) announced its planned acquisition of Compaq (CPQ:NYSE). That date was Sept. 3, not July 25. (corrected Feb. 21)
A Feb. 11 story, McDermott Gets Lifeline in Asbestos Verdict, incorrectly reported Kirkland & Ellis is acting as defense for McDermott International (MDR:NYSE).
