Dollar Climbs Vs. Yen, Euro

The dollar rose against the euro and the yen Wednesday after the National Association of Purchasing Management's nonmanufacturing business index came in unexpectedly strong in November. The greenback climbed to 88.64 cents against the euro from 89.06 Tuesday. The dollar traded at 124.41 yen, up from 124.18 in the prior session. Britain's pound fell to $1.4165 from $1.4213, while the euro bought 110.16 yen.
