Welcome to the first quarter 2010 earnings call. My name is Teresa, and I will be your operator for today’s call. At this time, all participants are in a listen-only mode. Later we will conduct a question-and-answer session. Please note that this conference is being recorded.

I will now turn the call over to Kristine Boyd, Manager of Investor Relations. Kristine, you may begin.

Thanks, Teresa. Good morning and thanks to all of you who are joining us this morning for our first quarter 2010 earnings call.
