***In the low estimate Bank of America will have to have a tier 1 common equity ratio that JPM had prior to its $5.75 billion capital raise.
JPM had to raise $5.75 billion to exit TARP to show that it could easily access capital markets. BAC has already raised common equity.
****In the high estimate BAC has to have the tier 1 common equity ratio that JPM had prior to exiting TARP inclusive of the $5.75 billion in common equity.
