Senior Account Executive
The primary function of the Senior Account Executive is to serve as the exclusive contact for TheStreet clients and non-clients regarding sales and customer service issues. This individual is responsible for communicating to our clientele that our company is committed to finding long-term solutions to customer service and sales- related issues. This is a fast-paced and innovative environment, often with multiple competing deadlines, so the ability to diligently multi-task is an invaluable skill.
Responsibilities:
- Develop leads to generate new sales.
- Work with existing clients on upgrading their current subscriptions.
- Assess client needs, prepare proposals and send out product samples.
- Handle the renewal process for deposit, loan, and specialty reports.
- Address all customer service requests, such as adding or deleting banks to accounts.
- Resend reports to clients upon request.
- Provide weekly reports summarizing all QC and timing issues and subscription cancellations.
- Contact clients on a quarterly basis to assess satisfaction level and potentially generate new sales.
