Most investors are familiar with top traders and investors Warren Buffett, George Soros and Carl Icahn. Stockpickr thought it would be a good idea to put their heads together to see what the best high-yield stocks are, based on the aggregated portfolio of their investments.
At the top of the list is a Warren Buffett pick, Bank of America (BAC Quote), which has a yield of 5.1%. BofA has a price-to-earnings ratio of 10 and a P/E-to-growth ratio of 1.4. Bank of America is owned by another noted trader, Leon Cooperman, who runs a New York-based $4.5 billion hedge fund, Omega Advisors. Cooperman, who was a former general partner of Goldman Sachs, also owns 3M (MMM Quote), which has a yield of 2.1%, and Nokia (NOK Quote), which yields 1.3%.- Loading Comments...
