Kodak Names New President, Operating Chief

Eastman Kodak(EK Quote) named Patricia F. Russo president and operating chief, a position in which she will oversee the daily operations of the company's operating divisions.
Russo previously held management positions with
AT&T(T Quote) and
Lucent Technologies(LU Quote). "Pat's broad management experience in improving operational performance in large global businesses and in generating growth from existing and new markets will serve Kodak well in our transition to the digital age," the company said in a statement.
Shares of Kodak gained 9 cents, or 0.2%, to $42.86 in recent
New York Stock Exchange trading.
