Itron Augments Smart Grid Application Portfolio With C3 Energy Collaboration

Itron, Inc. (NASDAQ: ITRI) and C3 Energy announced today the launch of a new strategic alliance to integrate and jointly market an energy management solution to North American utilities. The commitment will enable utilities to leverage their Itron smart metering and meter data management technologies to provide comprehensive energy management services to their customers, empowering them to better manage energy usage and save money. The integrated solution will also accelerate the utility’s time-to-value, harnessing the power of the smart grid for consumer benefit.
