NEW YORK (AP) — Shares of some top computer companies were mixed at the close of trading:

Apple Inc rose $3.60 or 2.6 percent, to $139.48.

Dell Inc rose $.68 or 5.4 percent, to $13.29.

Hewlett Packard rose $.80 or 2.1 percent, to $38.35.

IBM fell $.44 or .4 percent, to $105.89.

Lexmark rose $.19 or 1.3 percent, to $15.25.
