A June 17 column, Activist: BlackRock Has Power to Influence, erroneously stated that Barclays Global Investors, which BlackRock(BLK Quote) is acquiring, does not have a corporate governance officer. Barclays Global does, in fact, have a corporate governance officer who heads a 12-person team. TheStreet.com regrets the error. Corrected June 18
