Liberty Property Sets 47.5-cent Quarterly Dividend

MALVERN, Pa. (AP) Liberty Property Trust on Wednesday declared a regular quarterly dividend of 47.5 cents.

The company, which owns and manages industrial properties, said the dividend is payable on July 15 to shareholders of record as of July 1.
