21st Century Declares 6-cent Quarterly Dividend

LAUDERDALE LAKES, Fla. (AP) — 21st Century Holding Company has declared a regular quarterly dividend of 6 cents.

The dividend is payable on Sept. 1 to shareholders of record as of Aug. 3.

The company underwrites commercial general liability insurance, homeowners' property and casualty insurance, flood insurance and personal automobile insurance in Florida.
