Tyco International Spent $360K Lobbying In 1Q

WASHINGTON (AP) Diversified manufacturer Tyco International Ltd. spent $360,000 in the first quarter to lobby on federal homeland and stimulus spending and other issues, according to a recent disclosure report.
The Schaffhausen, Switzerland-based company also lobbied Congress in the January-March period on international taxes on foreign direct investment, school safety and other issues, according to the report filed April 20 with the House clerk's office.
Tyco International owns ADT security services and manufactures fire protection and security products.
