Praxair Declares Dividend Of 40 Cents Per Share

DANBURY, Conn. (AP) Praxair Inc., which produces and distributes industrial gas, on Wednesday declared a quarterly dividend of 40 cents per share.
The dividend is payable on June 15 to shareholders of record on June 5.
