Analogic Names Kevin Melia To Board

PEABODY, Mass. (AP) — Analogic Corp., a maker of health and security imaging equipment, said Thursday it has named Kevin Melia to its board effective April 6.
Melia is co-founder and co-managing director of Boulder Brook Partners LLC, a private investment company.
He replaces Bruce Steinhauer, who will not be standing for reelecttion.
The company's shares rose 93 cents, or 2.8 percent, to $33.97 in afternoon trading as the broader market advanced.
