NEW YORK (AP) — Sempra Energy says its profit outlook for 2010 will exceed 2009 estimate levels and is also providing an earnings forecast for 2013.

BEAUMONT, Texas (AP) — Conn's Inc. provided a full-year adjusted earnings outlook above analysts' estimates Thursday after reporting its adjusted fourth-quarter profit topped Wall Street's expectations.
