'Mad Money Lightning Round': Lukewarm on TiVo

Here's what Jim Cramer had to say about some of the stocks that callers offered up during the "Mad Money Lightning Round" Wednesday evening:

TiVo (TIVO Quote - Cramer on TIVO - Stock Picks): "I think it's an OK situation. I'm in the don't-buy camp for now, I'd be a buyer at the $5 level."

eBay (EBAY Quote - Cramer on EBAY - Stock Picks): "eBay has volumes going down. People are not flocking to it in hard times like I thought they would. That's a stock I can't get behind."

Cardiome Pharma (CRME Quote - Cramer on CRME - Stock Picks): "I don't like it. It's too small for me to mention and it's had a big run. I'm going to defer to others who know that one better than I do."

Fuelcell Energy (FCEL Quote - Cramer on FCEL - Stock Picks): "Too speculative. A lot of these alternative energy plays will get crushed if gas goes back to $3.50 a gallon. I'm gonna stay away from that one. "

Sims Group (SMS Quote - Cramer on SMS - Stock Picks): "Scrap steel is going down with the rest of steel. I think the second half of the year will be strong for steel. This one's a buy. "

Ford Motor (F Quote - Cramer on F - Stock Picks): "I think both Ford and General Motors (GM Quote - Cramer on GM - Stock Picks) are making some drastic changes. I'm considering them, but I'm not there yet."

Microsoft (MSFT Quote - Cramer on MSFT - Stock Picks): "I have a hard time getting behind them here. I like Research In Motion (RIMM Quote - Cramer on RIMM - Stock Picks) and Amazon.com (AMZN Quote - Cramer on AMZN - Stock Picks) and Google (GOOG Quote - Cramer on GOOG - Stock Picks) more. "

EnerSys (ENS Quote - Cramer on ENS - Stock Picks): "Even if oil goes to $70, I'm sticking with it. Batteries are the future and I like it."

CIGNA (CI Quote - Cramer on CI - Stock Picks): "That's one of the best in the group. They're buying back a lot of stock and I'd be a buyer."

SBA Communications (SBAC Quote - Cramer on SBAC - Stock Picks): "I've been behind wireless towers for awhile now. I like the business and I'd be a buyer."

Nighthawk Radiology (NHWK Quote - Cramer on NHWK - Stock Picks): "No, we've been bearish since the CEO was one. The business is not proprietary. I want to stay away."
