Cramer's 'Mad Money Lightning Round': I'm a Man of U.S. Steel

Here's what Jim Cramer had to say about some of the stocks that callers offered up during the "Mad Money Lightning Round" Thursday evening:

Blackstone (BX Quote - Cramer on BX - Stock Picks): "These guys are in my permanent Sell Block. I need to add them to my Wall of Shame."

Costco (COST Quote - Cramer on COST - Stock Picks): "This is a rich stock that has a high P/E multiple. That was a great quarter. They are the best retailer in the country. "

Jones Apparel (JNY Quote - Cramer on JNY - Stock Picks): "BuyBuyBuy. They reported a remarkable quarter. They are an incredibly well-run company. This is a hard business, but I want to own this stock."

Baker Hughes (BHI Quote - Cramer on BHI - Stock Picks): "This is not my favorite in the group. They're in the wrong segment, too much U.S. drilling. I want you in Transocean (RIG Quote - Cramer on RIG - Stock Picks), sell Baker Hughes."

Walt Disney (DIS Quote - Cramer on DIS - Stock Picks): "The market hates these consumer stocks, but I want you to own Disney for the long term. This is another really well-run company. Buy it for your kids and stay long."

Amedisys (AMED Quote - Cramer on AMED - Stock Picks): "I like home health care. This could be a big win with the Democrats, but I don't know about with the Republicans, so we're gonna say Don'tBuy until we know who wins."

Yahoo! (YHOO Quote - Cramer on YHOO - Stock Picks): "The money's already been made in Yahoo. Forget it and ring the register."

Steel Dynamics (STLD Quote - Cramer on STLD - Stock Picks): "We like the steel group, companies are raising rates. I like U.S. Steel (X Quote - Cramer on X - Stock Picks) too. I think you got a great group there."

Bear Stearns (BSC Quote - Cramer on BSC - Stock Picks): "The brokers have been killing us. At $69, I'm not giving up. I think it's a good franchise, but it's going to be a rocky ride."

Kinross Gold (KGC Quote - Cramer on KGC - Stock Picks): "I think this is a good one, butAgnico-Eagle Mines (AEM Quote - Cramer on AEM - Stock Picks) is my new favorite. I'd stick with gold here."
