- Why are homebuilders still building? Wouldn't a more prudent homebuilder stop building completely and let the inventory sell off? I know they have slowed, but it seems they haven't slowed that rapidly.

- What are you thoughts on Brookfield Asset Management (BAM)? With its exposure to international infrastructure and high-end commercial property, and with a terrific leader in Bruce Flatt, is this a long-term buy at these levels?

- Is there any reason I shouldn't sell EMC (EMC) and buy Western Digital (WDC)? Western Digital seems to be "best of breed" for the storage stocks and rated highly by IBD. EMC just seems like a sorry stock headed nowhere!

- As far as tech goes, I agree the strategy of Google (GOOG) and Apple (AAPL) on LEAPS basis will work. But even Cramer came to his senses on Apple now; as he earlier mentioned, momentum stocks have no top but when a stock is re-valued from momentum to value, there is no bottom...

- The continued drunken propping of crude continues. That is going to be one heck of a drop when some sanity returns to the market. The ultimate farce, and the public sits there and pays $3.50 per gallon like sheep without the outrage.
