Here's what Jim Cramer had to say about some of the stocks that callers offered up during the "Mad Money Lightning Round" Friday evening:

Aecom Technology(ACM Quote): "This is the sleeper next infrastructure play. ... It's done nothing yet, and that's about to change, and I think it goes higher."

Perficient(PRFT Quote): "Too dangerous for this 63-year-old [He's not really 63]. Don'tBuyDon'tBuy."

Medarex(MEDX Quote): Cramer says that Nastech Pharmaceutical (NSTK Quote) and Acadia Pharmaceuticals (ACAD Quote) have "more excitement, more pizzazz, more phase II, more phase III" than Medarex.

CB Richard Ellis(CBG Quote): "I've never really understood the value but it's got good growth, and sells at a low multiple." But Cramer said the commercial real estate company is "not for me."

McAfee(MFE Quote): "Don'tBuy. ... I would let it go down."

Hain Celestial(HAIN Quote): "Surprised it's not rallying here. Too closely linked in people's minds to Whole Foods(WFMI Quote). Let's buy some Hain."

TFS Financial(TFSL Quote): "Not the right moment for these savings and loans. ... the only savings and loan I am recommending in this great country of ours is DSL (Downey Financial (DSL Quote)."

Optium(OPTM Quote): "Too many companies in the space for video bandwidth."

Cramer also was bearish on TFS Financial (TFSL Quote), Akamai Technologies (AKAM Quote) and Limelight (LLNW Quote).

*For all you home-gamers, a 'mon-back opportunity means Cramer would back up the figurative truck and load up on a stock.
