Cramer's 'Mad Money Lightning Round': Go With the Flow

Here's what Jim Cramer had to say about some of the stocks that callers offered up during the "Mad Money Lightning Round" Thursday evening:

"FedEx(FDX) is a cautious company. It is a wise company. ... FedEx is a company worth owning long term."

Usana Health(USNA): "I never recommend shorts on the show. ... Let's put it this way. I wouldn't want to own Usana."

Bear Stearns(BSC): "Jimmy Cayne is a great CEO. Bear is a great company. ... How can people not understand that this man knows the mortgage market nine ways to Sunday? ... All aboard."

Flow International(FLOW): TheStreet.com columnist Frank Curzio "has repeatedly said that Flow is the best in show. ... I've gotta rely on Frank."

"Cabot Oil & Gas(COG) is a really great company." But Cramer said that he preferred XTO Energy(XTO). "You ring the register, and you move into my favorite, XTO."

Dean Foods(DF): "I think the world of Dean Foods. ... I believe that you get long, you get that dividend, and then the stock goes right back up."

People's Bank(PBCT): "I'm very concerned about the regional banks. ... They're very expensive. ... Even though I know [People's Bank] is a well-run bank ... Don'tBuyDon'tBuy."

Clearwire(CLWR): "I have tremendous, tremendous faith in the management. ... If they hadn't placed it so high ... we'd already be making money on the darn thing, so I say stick with it."

Empire Resorts(NYNY): "Don'tBuyDon'tBuy."

Fuel Tech(FTEK): "I believe in this company, but I cannot get behind a company that sells at a 90 multiple. In other words, Don'tBuyDon'tBuy."

SBA Communications(SBAC): "SBA's a good stock," Cramer said, but he called Crown Castle(CCI) "my favorite."

"Applebee's (APPB) is not that great a company, and there's nothing cooking in that neighborhood. May I suggest you swap out of Applebee's and you get into Chipotle(CMG)?"

Acadia Pharmaceuticals (ACAD): "I'm going to say ixnay on the Aracadianay." Cramer recommended Nastech Pharmaceutical (NSTK) instead. "They have got a better chance of hitting it out of the park."
