Commodities Bid Higher

Commodities were trending higher Monday, including a gain in oil futures that put crude ever closer to reclaiming the $60 level.
Lately, oil was up 47 cents at $59.49 a barrel, and natural gas was gaining 37 cents to $7.85 per million British thermal units. Heating oil was higher by 2 cents to $1.70 a gallon.
Gold rose $4.30 to $655.80 an ounce, and silver was up 13 cents to $13.51 an ounce. Copper added 1 cent to $2.44 a pound.
