Treasury Prices Edge Ahead

Treasury prices were generally on the upswing Monday, but the gains were fairly minor across the board.
The 10-year note was up 2/32 in price and yielding 4.81%, while the 30-year bond was gaining 4/32 to yield 4.91%. The two-year was unchanged and yielding 4.92%, and the five-year was higher by 2/32 to yield 4.81%.
As for the foreign exchange market, the dollar was mixed. The greenback fell against the euro and the yen, but strengthened against the British pound.
