Warwick Valley Interim CFO

Warwick Valley Telephone (WWVY - Cramer's Take - Stockpickr) entered into an employment agreement with Kenneth H. Volz, age 57, as interim CFO.

The Warwick, N.Y., telco said Volz has been a principal of the Telecom Expert Group since 2002.
