Here's what Jim Cramer had to say about some of the stocks that callers offered up during the "Mad Money Lightning Round" Wednesday evening:

Openwave Systems(OPWV Quote) is annoying (the software that pops up on your cell phone). ... I think the company's good. ... I endorse it, but I don't use it."

Halozyme(HTI Quote): "I feel it's too speculative. ... 52-week high ... recombinant enzymes. ... I am defaulting to Genentech(DNA Quote), which is continually getting great Avastin news."

Nokia(NOK Quote): "Over the next year ... does absolutely nothing." Although Cramer said he likes the dividend, he concluded, "Don't be there."

CBOT Holdings(BOT Quote): "When these two companies (CBOT and Chicago Mercantile Exchange(CME Quote)) combine, it's going to be monster good ... I will be backing up the truck* to buy the combined entity."

Cheesecake Factory (CAKE Quote): "I'm not a big fan ... but these days, the restaurants like them. And the LBO guys like them. ... Let's do a Don'tBuyDon'tBuy."

Teppco Partners(TPP Quote): "The 6.5% yield is good ... refines petroleum products, that's a good business. ... This is a nice, safe stock. Two thumbs up, way up. Make mine, eh, Cuervo."

Coldwater Creek(CWTR Quote): "Making me look so bad ... I believe in the company. It's going regional, national. I want you to buy more."

Bank of America(BAC Quote): "When we find out why that CFO really quit, we're gonna come in with guns blazing and really recommend that stock."

The Knot(KNOT Quote): "I like it ... I can get 50% growth for 60 times earnings."

Smith & Wesson(SWHC Quote): "I pulled the plug last week at 13. The answer to Smith & Wesson is no!"

*For all you home-gamers, a 'mon-back opportunity means Cramer would back up the figurative truck and load up on a stock.
