Here's what Jim Cramer had to say about some of the stocks that callers offered up during the "Mad Money Lightning Round" Thursday evening:

Compuware(CPWR Quote): "This stock has been in a five-year flat line. I can't wake it up. I don't think there's any paddles, defibrillator gonna get that thing started. ... Just doesn't have the juice."

Mindray Medical(MR Quote): "You want medical products.? I have Shakespeare. I offer you the Barr(BRL Quote)."

Brush Engineered Materials(BW Quote): "The composite engineering materials [group] has not caught fire ... but we identified it 10 points ago. ... This stock is not done going up."

AtheroGenics(AGIX Quote): "Too risky, my friend."

Disney(DIS Quote): "Everyone lost faith in Disney except for me. ... two thumbs up, way up ... not gonna get you to 40 overnight" but Cramer said it will get to 40.

Biovail(BVF Quote): "Not my favorite ... Canadian biotech. ... I will give you a solid Don'tBuy."

Riverbed Technology (RVBD Quote): "I recommend taking 25% off from where I first recommended the stock. Not any more than that, because Riverbed's got the mojo."

Amrep(AXR Quote): "Tough one. $102 stock. Real estate game, magazine-distributon game. I would take profits."

"Harley-Davidson(HOG Quote) is a too heavily shorted stock. It's got terrific brand . A great way to go when gasoline goes higher. You stick with that name."

Rambus(RMBS Quote): "I don't want you in Rambus. .. this whole group is gonna have another week down. Don't touch it."

Companhia Vale do Rio (RIO Quote): "Carnival, my friend. Rio's gonna go to 35. ... They got the products the Chi Coms [Chinese Communists] like. What's not to like?

*For all you home-gamers, a 'mon-back opportunity means Cramer would back up the figurative truck and load up on a stock.
