What is your opinion on the Nasdaq (NDAQ Quote)?

Jim Cramer: Right now I believe the NYSE (NYX Quote) is the place to be as it has a huge amount of margin expansion potential that is not appreciated by the analysts following the stock. Plus, I believe the Nasdaq could be going a little overboard in its pursuit of the London Stock Exchange, and even if the Nasdaq does end up swallowing the LSE, it could easily overpay.
