Jack Henry(JKHY Quote) acquired US Banking Alliance, an Atlanta-based provider of financial software and advisory services.

The Monett, Mo.- based company expects the acquisition will contribute $4 million to $6 million in gross revenue for the remainder of fiscal year 2007, and should add slightly to earnings.

The company's shares trading up a penny at $21.80 Monday.
