Liberty Property Raises Dividend

Liberty Property Trust(LRY Quote) said Monday that its board of trustees has raised its third-quarter dividend to 62 cents a share, payable Oct. 15 to shareholders of record Oct. 1.

The Malvern, Pa.-based real estate investment trust said that the increased dividend is equivalent to an annualized dividend of $2.48 a share, an increase of 0.8%, from the previous annualized dividend of $2.46 a share.

The company's stock closed down 42 cents, or 0.9%, to $47.50 Monday.
