Hub Plans Offering

Hub International (HBG) said it will offer 4 million shares, plus as many as 600,000 shares to cover underwriters' overallotment options.
Stephens Inc. and Wachovia Securities will act as joint book-running managers for the offering.
Chicago-based Hub is an insurance brokerage.
