Guess? Finance Chief Departing

Guess? (GES Quote) said finance chief Frederick G. Silny will leave in three months to pursue other opportunities.
The Los Angeles-based denim retailer said Carlos Alberini will assume the responsibilities of the position until it is filled.
"In the past five years, Fred has contributed tremendously to the growth and expansion of Guess and overall is a great partner to the executive team of Guess," said CEO Paul Marciano. "We will miss him a lot and my brother, Maurice Marciano, and I wish him our very best."
