Taxes are one of life's two certainties. But unlike the other certainty, there are lots of investing strategies that can help you avoid, defer or minimize the inevitable end result.
Taxes, the portion of your income that the government collects, intersect with just about everything you do with investing your money. Any sound investment strategy takes into account the tax implications of buying stocks, bonds, mutual funds, options, cash vehicles such as certificates of deposit, mortgages and so on.
