Trigon Healthcare Rose 23% Last Week

Trigon Healthcare (TGH Quote) shot up more than 23% for the week on news that the company will be acquired by Anthem (ATH Quote) in a cash and stock deal worth about $4 billion. Trigon's shareholders will receive $30 in cash and 1.062 shares of Anthem in exchange for each Trigon common share.
