Eleven Stocks That Could Be Ready to Run

TNS has broken out on huge volume, and if I can get a low-volume pullback to the pivot point area or the 50 DMA, I would like to get long.

If GEF-B can break out to a new 11-month high, on very strong volume, I would like to get long this stock.

If ISYS can pull back to the pivot point area or the 50 DMA on low volume and then bounce on strong volume, I would like to get long.

PRGO is an extremely bullish stock with excellent price and volume action. If it can pull back on low volume to the 50 DMA and bounce on stronger volume, I would like to get long.

If MATK can spend a couple to a few more weeks moving sideways and then bounce off the 50 DMA and breakout to a new 52-week high, on very strong volume, I would love to get long.

This is one of my favorite stocks on the basis of fundamentals and technicals. If MCRS can pull back on low volume to the 50 DMA in a nice orderly fashion and then bounce on very strong volume, I would love to get long.

If NEU can pull back to the 50 DMA on low volume and keep that BOP green to max green (the colorful indicator at the bottom), I would love to add to my existing long position.

Sadly, I was shaken out in February from my FCN long that was purchased on July 9, 2007. If I can get a pullback on low volume to the 50 DMA and then get a heavy volume bounce off of it, I would like to get long again.

After I go long, if any of these stocks reverse, I will cut my loss with a close below the 50-day moving average. These are all very nice technical patterns, but few look like the nice round price chart patterns that accompanied so many great leaders when the rally took off in March 2003.

So far, everything is OK, but remember, until we get more volume on the upside in the general market indices, we are still setting ourselves up for a potential failure. Too bad that when that time comes, too many will have been sucked in and will suffer the consequences of not watching volume.

Aloha.
