Where were the dive-bombers? Where were the flying bears, the ones who came in with guns blazing to take apart the market in the last 15 minutes? What, are they afraid of a little democracy in Iran? Were they concerned about mutual fund Monday? What put the fear of shorts in their hearts that they couldn't keep the Dow down for the year? Don't they know that with the weekend papers filled with the Dow being up, joining the smokin' Nasdaq, that more money will be coming this market's way?
Market's just too powerful. Anyway, the bears made a game of it with that crummy opening, but in the end, their artificiality surfaced, and we got the true colors right into the bell and a third straight week of upside glory.
