I say finally because despite repeated estimations of major layoffs, we haven't had any on Wall Street yet. I fact, there have been fewer layoffs this time around than I have seen in some pretty decent times. Until today. We are getting to a moment that feels like pure panic on the financials. But we simply don' t have those bank runs yet. They are coming, though. That's what this current decline signals. No bottom yet.
