Yahoo!'s (YHOO - commentary - Cramer's Take) so bad, I want to buy Google (GOOG - commentary - Cramer's Take).

I am not kidding. I believe Yahoo!'s woes and complaints are not only Yahoo's alone -- they are good for everyone else.

There's so much craziness about Yahoo! that I have to take a breath and wonder how the Street could be so wrong. This is a serial disappointer that the analysts keep giving massive credit to, no matter what it does. Until today.

Cramer: When to Buy Yahoo!

Yet the company still gets enough credit to make people believe that the Web is slowing. I think that's just totally and unequivocally untrue. I think that management of Yahoo! has alienated just about everyone, including advertisers even though it has the traffic to make it worthwhile.

If I owned Yahoo! I would now only hold it for a takeover, because it is so expensive as to be worth only $10-$12, and I am including the cash.

But Google? I can't help but feel good about this one. I can't help but think that Yahoo!'s problems are Google's gains; the ads are going somewhere, and it clearly isn't Yahoo!.

Random musings: Going through the Opco downgrades. It's all about Ambac (ABK - commentary - Cramer's Take), which I have said repeatedly is at the crux of the problem ...

At the time of publication, Cramer had no positions in the stocks mentioned.
